Great place for little ones. Such a good idea to have a playground at the back so little ones can play while the parents drink delicious coffee and enjoy a lovely brunch.
Fabulous food and fabulous service (and some great tips for a future trip to Tassie). The All Day big breakfast was exactly that - big and kept me going for the rest of the day. Eggs, sausage, bacon, mac & cheese croquette (a first!) on sourdough toast - definitely a breakfast of champions. The smoked trout with the eggs benedict was a tasty twist on the norm.
Food: Excellent choice of cafe food. Fresh.
Service: Fast and friendly.
Location: Right next to the playground (accessible through back) and library.
Value: Well priced.
Summary: Great for families. We went back to Newport and decided to try out the cafe down the road, which also looks nice. However they stopped doing food after a certain time, so we went back to Leroys for lunch. Highly recommended!
Friendly service and an easy experience, the ramen was delicious! We sat outside under the heater so weren’t cold despite the weather, only downside was no chopsticks served with the ramen
Probably my 3rd or 4th time here with the kids. Had the giant pancake today 😁 needed to share it between the 5 of us 😅 it was fantastic!
This is hands down the best in the west! The coffee is always delicious! They use st Ali coffee which is definitely a favourite of mine and the all baristas clearly know what they are doing, because the coffee is always perfect! The food is so good, loads of long term items and always delicious specials! The staff are always so friendly with some of them working there for years! Jason and Wally have an incredible crew and I’m forever telling people to pop in if they get a chance! Well done team!
The day they took the Southern Fried Chicken Waffle off the menu was the day I couldn’t happily come back.
It was the best thing for brunch on any day.
The staff have changed quite a bit but maintained quite nice coffee and iced chocolates.
Dog friendly ! Full of kids so watch out for some screaming occasionally.
It is situated mere seconds from newport train station and newport library, because of this i would give it high marks because of convenience, the ramen wasn't too bad, i have had better, but the lovely smiles and service more than made up for it, and the coffee was delicious 😋
